We are continually sourcing high quality permanent, temporary and contract candidates for our contracts for our clients throughout the UK. All potential employees and candidates must meet a strict recruitment criteria, amongst other things we require, two references, one of which must come from an existing or immediate past employer, experience in a similar role, and an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure. We require all categories of social care staff on a fairly constant basis, in particular we are keen to recruit, Support Workers, Health Care Assistants, Social Workers, Mental Healthcare Staff and Social Care Staff.

Training

All our staff are appropriately trained before they start work with us. Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to all the latest standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our support staff.
